Brick Oven Pizza Hawaii is a family owned and operated restaurant since 1977 established in Kalaheo, Kaua'i. The Aguano and Gummerus Ohana obtained ownership on March 8, 2008.

During the past eighteen years of ownership they expanded their restaurant to include a restaurant on O'ahu in Kapolei that opened in November 2011. Prior to their ownership of Brick Oven Pizza, the restaurant was designed to have a small menu that featured pizzas, salads, and sandwiches with a small selection of alcohol beverages. Over the years, the current owners added various new items to the menu including a variety of appetizers, pastas, soups, and a full bar service.
